Before we partner with a new brand, Kolebree requests one sample of each SKU to test. We do not return samples, regardless of whether or not we officially move ahead with partnership. This is because we test out all of our products vigorously for wearability, comfort, and durability before we showcase them on our marketplace. If we don’t approve a partnership for one product, we are still open to partnership in the future!
