At Kolebree, we curate the best sustainable fashion brands for you while incorporating zero-waste practices throughout our supply chain. 

At Kolebree, we are committed to providing ethical, sustainable, timeless fashion while incorporating zero-waste practices throughout our supply chain. Here's how we eliminate wasteful retail practices:

- Our pre-order program allows us to only order as much as we need ahead of time from our brand partners, so our brands are only producing what is needed and in the amount needed. No more overproduction of clothes.

- Our upcycling program keeps your clothing out of landfills by repairing and recycling used and damaged returns.

- We skip the excessive, branded packaging in favor of carbon-neutral, plastic-free, biodegradable materials that won't hurt the environment.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Saturday delivery is currently not available. Your order will be shipped according to the shipping method that you selected at checkout. 

You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation notice with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Expected Pre-order shipping date is provided on all pre-order collection and product pages. This delivery window is provided directly by the designer based on when they expect to be able to fulfill your order. However, the delivery window might change due to unforeseeable circumstances. The customer will be notified of any delivery window changes at the earliest.

We can ship pretty much anywhere for a flat rate, but the customer is responsible for customs clearing/duties, and local taxation. International shipments may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. Customs policies vary from country to country, therefore you should contact your local customs office for more information. Please see our international shipping terms here.

If you haven't received your package or items appear to be missing, please contact us at with your order number for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to track down your order.

Kolebree is not liable for any packages lost by the postal service, or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer. A claim can be filed for the item since we ship items by USPS Priority Mail. The items are not subject to replacement until the claim is approved by the carrier.

Returns, Exchanges & Refund

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for a full refund.  Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.  Please note that all lingerie items and intimate apparels are final sale and will not be exchanged or returned.

We provide an upcyling collection program for all garments purchased through our platform. Simply request a request/exchange form and ship the garment back to us with the mailing service of your choice, and we will take care of the rest!

Your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date we receive your return.

Refunds for store credit are free. For refunds to the original form of payment, a $7.50 return postage fee, which will be deducted from your merchandise credit Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

If you have ordered one of our pre-order items and have not received your item yet, simply email us at to change or cancel your order. If you have received your Next Season item, simply follow the same steps as with any other return.
