Shipping for in-season items:
Online orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. We ship internationally and delivery times can vary. Any orders placed over the weekend or during public holidays will be processed the next working day. Your orders transit time will depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout.
Shipping for pre-order items:
Expected Pre-order shipping date for the items are provided on all pre-order collection and product pages. This delivery window is provided directly by the designer based on when they expect to be able to fulfill your order. However, the delivery window might change due to unforeseeable circumstances. The customer will be notified of any delivery window changes at the earliest.
- Pre-order items from multiple collections, will be shipped together if not more than a week apart, otherwise, delivery will be provided as your items arrive.
- For orders that contain both in-season and pre-order items, we will ship the in-season items within 2 business days as described above and ship the pre-season items by the expected delivery date as described above.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 15 days of purchase.
1. Email email@example.com, including your name and order number to request a return/exchange form
2. Print and complete the return/exchange form, indicating how you would like us to handle your return
3. Enclose the return form with the merchandise
4. For domestic returns: Your shipping label will be emailed to you – just print it out and ship your items back. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. All returned merchandise via the prepaid return label will be charged a $7.50 return postage fee, which will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable.
For International returns: We are unable to create return shipping labels for orders outside of the United States. Please ship with your preferred shipping method. International return labels must provide a tracking number and insurance is suggested. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Returned products must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Clothing items must be unworn and unwashed with their original tags and packaging intact. Lingerie and Intimate apparels are final sale and can not be returnedShipping and handling charges are non-refundable,unless an error occurred on our part while shipping your order.Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment.
